Join us for Root & Release - a gentle Sunday evening gathering at 5PM designed to help you land in your body, soften your mind, and reconnect with your inner voice.
We’ll begin with slow, intuitive movement and breath to ground the nervous system, followed by guided journaling and creative reflection led by Maria of Kindling Studios. The experience will close with vibrational sound healing led by Katherine Martin of Heart Fields, inviting deep rest and integration.
This is a space for softness, embodiment, and expression - no prior movement or art experience needed. Come as you are, and leave feeling a little more connected.
