Add to Calendar Policy

Kindling Studios encourages all guests to add events to their personal calendars after registering to help ensure timely reminders and smooth participation.

Adding Events

  • Upon completing registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing all the event details. There is currently no option to add the event to your calendar automatically.

  • You may add the event manually to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook, whichever format works best for you.

  • If you register multiple guests, please ensure you forward all reminders to them manually.

Updates or Changes

  • Any event time, location, or format changes will be communicated via email to the address used at checkout.

  • Calendar events manually added to your personal calendars will not automatically update if details change. Please check your confirmation email for the latest information before attending.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • If an event is changed or rescheduled, you’ll receive an email update within 24 hours of the change.

  • Please remove the original calendar entry from your device to avoid confusion.
