Shipping

All Kindling Studios products are lovingly packaged and shipped from Louisville, Kentucky.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within five business days. During product launches, events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping Methods: We primarily ship via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on its way.

  • Local Pickup: For Louisville-area customers, local pickup options may occasionally be offered at select events or markets.

  • International Orders: Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a product, please reach out to discuss possible options.

Refunds & Returns

Each kit, product, and print is crafted with care. Due to the handmade and creative nature of our offerings, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply.

  • If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kindlingartstudios.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

  • Digital downloads and event registrations are non-refundable once purchased.

  • In the rare event that Kindling Studios cancels a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer their ticket to a future session.

Cancellations & Exchanges

We understand that life happens.

  • If this is your first request for cancellation, and it is requested at least 48 hours in advance, we’re happy to offer credit toward a future event.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are always non-refundable, as materials and seating are prepared in advance.

  • Product exchanges are not available at this time.
