📌 Additional Info for Consignors

Item Limit:
Each consignor may submit up to 30 items. We’ll provide pricing tags and a seller code at drop-off.

Commission & Volunteer Option:

  • Standard payout: 70% to you / 30% to The Creative Exchange

  • Volunteer during the event and keep 80% of your sales
    (We’ll reach out with available volunteer shift options on a first come first serve basis after the registration deadline)

Accepted Items:
We’re looking for gently used or unused:

  • Paints, brushes, sketchbooks, markers, pens

  • Tools, paper, canvas, mixed media materials

  • Craft supplies, printmaking tools, artist-grade extras

✨ Please no broken, dried out, or expired materials.

Item Drop-Off:

  • Friday, September 12th at MaybeItsFate

  • Bring your signed waiver and labeled items

  • Optional: include an inventory log to track your sales

Unsold Item Pickup:

  • Sunday, September 14th

  • If you are unable to pick up your unsold items, your payout rate for all sales will be 60% to you / 40% to The Creative Exchange to facilitate donation drop off
